What is this page? 
This Corporate Giving Platform (happy-box-giving.myshopify.com) is powered by Happy Box but your invite is due to your team/company wanting to give back this season! Each team/company selects a nonprofit they hope you participate in donating some care packages for, and Happy Box handles the hand-packing, and delivery of each gift to the nonprofit.

 

Who is Happy Box?
Happy Box is a certified MWBE (women & minority owned enterprise) that allows users to build-their-own care package in a few clicks, based in Hoboken, New Jersey. Learn more about us here

 

How do I check in on my team/company's giving progress?
You can check on the status of each giving campaign by looking at the progress bar on your dedicated page. The progress bar displays how many boxes have been purchased out of the entire company's goal. The progress bar is updated once every hour.

 

How will the donated boxes ship?
Happy Box will be coordinating directly with the nonprofit. Donated boxes will be delivered in January of 2022.

 


Can Happy Box discount codes and/or Happy Box marketing and seasonal promotions be applied to these orders?
No - Happy Box discounts and/or promotional codes cannot be applied to donations made on the Corporate Giving Platform (happy-box-giving.myshopify.com), but they are available to use on happyboxstore.com main site.

 

Do I get a tax donation letter for my purchase?
No, your company will be receiving one for the total campaign at end date, no individual letters will be provided/shared.
